HB 121 Child Health Insurance Program - Prenatal Coverage

AN ACT relating to the child health insurance program; providing for a state plan amendment to provide prenatal care to pregnant women, as specified; providing a definition; providing appropriations; and providing for an effective date.

NARAL, the ACLU and Planned Parenthood oppose this bill as it includes language that defines “child” at conception
