An act relating to elections; increasing the maximum allowable amount for individual contributions to candidates for political office and candidate campaign committees as specified; and providing for an effective date.

THE ACLU OPPOSES ANY CAPS ON CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTION AS A BURDEN ON FREE SPEECH. Failed.
