SF0097 Unborn Victims of Violence Act.

An act relating to crimes and offenses; defining “human being” and “person” to include unborn children for purposes of specified crimes; and providing for effective date.

OPPOSE. Failed. We oppose all legislation that attempts to define a fetus as a person.
