SJ0002 Defense of Marriage - Constitutional Amendment

SJ0002 Defense of Marriage-Constitutional Amendment.
Sponsored by: MEIER
A joint resolution proposing to amend the Wyoming Constitution by creating a new section specifying that a marriage between a man and a woman shall be the only legal union that shall be valid or recognized in Wyoming.

OPPOSE. Failed. We will continue to oppose legislation that serves no purpose other than discrimination.
